Christian spends his day keeping our Service Technicians productive by picking up parts and supplies for them and delivering the parts to the jobsites. Our technicians are now able to spend more time getting your system repaired instead of standing in line at the part houses. Christian is starting technical school this fall with the RACCA (our local association) Apprenticeship program.

| Denise Blakie, Customer Service Representative
Denise Blakie is a member of our Customer Service Department. She has been in this field for over 10 years. Denise handles matters pertaining to our Teco Duct Seal and Teco Energy Planning Department and well as schedules residential precision tune-ups. Her hobbies include motor cycles and fishing with her husband Greg and spending time with her 2 wonderful daughters and 4 beautiful grandchildren. |

| Jack Bollinger, Commercial Installation Technician and Job Superintendent
Jack joined us back in 2006 as a lead Commercial Installation Technician and Job Superintendent. Jack has completed many large projects for the firm, such as the retail floor of the Grand Central Building in Channel Side and the Carrollwood Cultural Center. |

| Patti Caldevilla, Human Relations Director/Payroll Administrator
Patti is co-owner of the company and handles all matters pertaining to employee benefits and payroll. Other duties include: General Liability, Auto and Workers Compensation Insurance management.
Patti Caldevilla handles all matters that pertain to Group Insurance, keeping records of coworkers vacation and personal days, 401K documents and coordinating changes, changing tax deduction status or address changes of coworkers upon written notification from coworker, coworker drug testing, completes company payroll from time sheets, makes necessary payroll deductions and spiffs as directed, and makes payroll tax deposits |

| Rick Caldevilla, President and CEO
Rick Caldevilla is on a mission to provide the Tampa Bay area with the best air conditioning and heating service, sales and installation possible. As the owner of Caldeco, Rick has performed every aspect of the day to day operations.
He started the company performing repairs and installations for friends and family. Since 1990 Caldeco has grown to 40 employees with over 30 Service/Installation vehicles. His duties as President and CEO include Marketing Strategy, Business Management and Sales. Rick is a third generation Tampa Native and is very active in the community. |

Marleen moved from Naples Florida worked and raised her children in Tampa. Worked in the HVAC trade for more years than she would like to admit for Trane and Carrier dealerships in customer service. Dispatching is a natural because she gets to tell people were to go and get paid for it. |

Mark has over 20 years of experience as a CPA. He started his career with Price Waterhouse and has served in various capacities of executive management in the service contracting industry. Mark focuses on keeping Caldeco’s operations lean and cost effective in addition to providing strategic financial direction. This is a key component for us to provide the highest quality service and installations at the best price. |

There is not an attic too tight or access hole to small for Jose. Jose is a Duct Sealing technician and he gives his best day in and day out sealing ductwork for Tampa Electric’s “Seal Deal” Program. He is always in great spirits and takes great pride in his work. |

Denny joined our company over 6 years ago. He is a Duct/Installation Tech and a very hard worker. He’s always happy, he takes pride in his work and everyone enjoys working with him. Denny is in training to be a lead technician, and has a great future with the firm.

| Alex Hernandez, Installation Technician
Alex joined the firm over 10 years ago. He started in our warehouse and became our Warehouse Manager and was responsible for all material and equipment orders and receiving for the company. Alex attended RACCA Trade school in the evenings for 4 years and finished in the top of his class. His work is impeccable, he takes pride in his work and has become one of our top Installation Technicians. He is a true asset to the firm.

| Dee Iacovino, Accounts Payable / Receivable Administrator
Dee Iacovino was born and raised in Long Island, New York. She moved to Tampa after recieving a Bachelor of Science Degree from C.W. Post Long Island, New York. She has worked for Caldeco and watched it grow sice 1995. Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable and Contract Billing are her main responsibilities at Caldeco. Over the years she has learned and taken on many other jobs. She is a self motivator. She is very loyal to Caldeco and is grateful to be a part of the organization. |

| Monty Jacobs, Residential Precision Tune-up Technician
Monty retired from the US Air Force with a tremendous mechanical background and joined our firm this year. He is currently a Residential Precision Tune-up Technician. He recently completed training on the new TECO Energy Planner System which is an Energy Management System that TECO has contracted Caldeco to install in homes throughout their coverage area. When the program officially kicked off, Monty will be performing these installations full-time.

| Mike Jenkins, Sales Manager
A strong commitment to excellence is a good way to describe Mike's mindset. Mike joined the CALDECO "Team" in 2000 and he brought with him a multitude of customer service and professionalism. Mike strives for excellence and achieves it by going above and beyond to ensure his customers are pleased at the end of the day. Mike believes the best referral comes from a happy customer and this he speaks from experience. Prior to joining us as our Residential Comfort Consultant, CALDECO performed the air conditioning maintenance at his business, as well as installed the system in his home.
When Mike first came on board, he began working with the Service and Installation Departments to develop field experience. To compliment that and add to his formal education, he has attended numerous CARRIER classes and seminars that include Air Conditioning & Heating, Indoor Air Quality and Product Knowledge.
Experience, education and quality service are what make Mike one of CALDECO's top employees. Mike grew up in Tampa and prior to joining CALDECO he owned and operated The SHELLEY DELI at Kennedy and Lois from 1981 to 1999. Mike is married and he and his wife Michelle have one son, Reese. |

If you have a maintenance agreement with us, you’ve probably met Jimmy. He joined the team back in 2004. He has completed 2 years of the RACCA Apprenticeship program and is going to complete his final year this fall. When he completes his training he will be promoted to Service Technician. It will be a great benefit to the department to have another knowledgeable tech to help out with repair calls.

Rachel has worked in the air conditioning field since 1999 and feels she's met a lot of nice people and found some great friends along the way. Rachel's greatest accomplishments in her life are her two wonderful daughters and her four beautiful grandchildren. |

Edwin joined us 2 years ago as a warehouse driver and attended his first year of the RACCA Apprenticeship School in the evenings. He is preparing to start his second year of evening classes this fall. He gives his best everyday.

| James Perez,
Jimmy joined the company back in 2003. He is responsible for the warehouse and our equipment and supply inventory. He possesses an excellent work ethic and is usually the first one to the office in the morning and the last to leave in the evening. When he’s not pulling orders or stocking the warehouse our Installation Technicians take advantage of his great strength to help them move equipment on jobsites. Jimmy is starting his second year at the RACCA Apprenticeship Program and if we can find someone to replace him in the warehouse we hope to have him performing installations in the near future. He is a tremendous asset to the firm.

| Steve Seemen, Comfort Consultant
Steve was born in Jacksonville but has lived in Tampa since he was one. After graduating from Florida State University, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy and attended Navy Seal training. An unfortunate ankle injury kept him from completing the training and halted his career with the Navy. He was given the opportunity to come aboard Caldeco and spent the first 1 1/2 years as a helper / installer. He was then asked to join the Sales / Design team and has worked in that capacity since 1998. |

Gene is a lifelong Native of Tampa and a graduate of Hillsborough High School. Gene enjoys muscle cars, water sports, music & art. Gene and his wife Roseann have been married 18 years and have 2 daughters, Madison and Catalina. As an intricate part of his family’s Tile and Stone business, Gene has over 32 years of experience providing quality products and good service to the consumers of Tampa Bay. Gene’s responsibilities at Caldeco are system design, sales, service, repair, installation & replacement of all types of air conditioning and heating equipment, including indoor air quality products and services. |

Rick has been with the firm since 1996. He has held several different positions such as; Precision Tune-up Specialist, Start-up Technician, Service Technician, Installation Technician and now when he not doing installations he performs Quality Assurance Visits where he inspects the installations and explains the operation of high end systems to our customers. |

Michael J. Vanacore, (Uncle Joe) was born and raised in Tampa. He attended local schools and went to USF for a couple of years as well as serving the Army Reserves. Joe grew up in YBOR and currently lives in Seminole Heights. Joe delivered residential ice and fuel oil for 20 years before joining Caldeco in 1990. He and his wife Sylvia have been married for 38 years and have 2 children, Jovanna and Michael. Joe has been with Caldeco since the beginning and watched it grow and prosper to where we are today. He has had many positions over the years and enjoyed the work and the people. Joe's hobbies include his grandson, working in his yard, occasional fishing at the beach, and tinkering in his garage. |
