Below are the positions and qualifications we are looking to fill for experienced individuals.



SERVICE TECHNICIAN posted on:10/06/2008
  • Be knowledgeable and thorough in troubleshooting various types of HVAC equipment.
  • NATE Certified.
  • Own and carry a wide variety of tools and keep them serviced and calibrated.
  • Neat in appearance. Hair, Beards and Mustaches well groomed.
  • Always wear a clean uniform. (Carry one on the truck as a spare).
  • Willing to learn his chosen profession to the best of his ability, participating in factory and in-house training.
  • Treat the customers' home as if it were their own. Always wear shoe covers and use drop cloths.
  • Always clean the outside of the equipment cabinets after the repairs have been made.
  • Always present the Energy Savings Agreement at every service-call and promote Tune-ups.
  • Always provide the homeowner or manager with a clean and legible completed invoice.
  • EPA Certified.
  • Reports to Service Manager.

INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN posted on:10/06/2008
  • Knowledgeable in the fabrication of different fittings per SMACNA standards.
  • Own and carry a wide variety of tools such as: different saws, drills, various hand tools, torches, gauges, vacuum pump, measuring tapes, cutting table, duct cutting tools, sheet metal cutters, and other tools that will give our customers the most professional job possible. (See required tool list)
  • Neat in appearance. Full uniform is required at the start of the job, a change to a company tee shirt is allowed where appropriate.
  • Willing to learn his chosen profession to the best of his ability.
  • Knowledgeable in proper duct sealing techniques.
  • EPA Certified.
  • Able to follow a mechanical drawing.
  • Have detailed knowledge of the job time schedule, including key inspection dates.
  • Report any changes to the job immediately to the installation manager.
  • Clean work area up to its original state.
  • Knowledgeable on building codes, and SMACNA codes.
  • Read and understand the installation instructions.
  • Follow the factory installation instructions.
  • Notify the installation manager or salesperson of any material needed to complete the job on time. This notification should be done in a timely manner which will allow the project manager adequate time to procure the material.
  • Reports to Installation Manager.
